The Village of South Walton Beach
Maxus Construction Company

This is Phase 1 of 3 phases of commercial, Bed & Breakfasts, and condominiums.
50,000 square feet space in Phase 1.

Phase 1 is in the form of 2 buildings;
The 1st floor hosts all commercial tenants;
The 2nd floor has 15 "B&B" units along with 6 condominiums;
The 3rd floor has 11 condos situated in it.

Billed as "The Premier Address on 30-A," The Village of South Walton Beach project saw Phase 1 totally pre-sold prior to start of construction and with Phase 2 beginning this week, it too is sold out at the point of construction.

Local area architect Phillip Spann and Maxus Construction joined forces to generate a truly unique address on the coast in Panama City, Florida.

"Old World Style" begins to describe this community with its accompanying kiosks, gazebo and decorative fountains in the court at the front of the facilities on 30-A.

Maxus has completed Phase 1 with the building consisting of structural steel frame with a residential flooring and roof structure (wood trusses). Exterior metal stud construction hosts varying finishes to give it a different look and appeal for the Gulf Coast: brick, travertine stone facing accented with decorative EIFS moldings and architectural pre-cast balustrades.

Maxus is pleased to have been selected to complete the work on Phase 1 as well as being selected to continue the good work and working relationship with owners, developer, and architect.

The Village Phase 1 is ready for occupancy and Phase 2 is underway.  The Project Manager is Ron Fortenberry and the Superintendent is John Strickland.
