 Construction consisted of a concrete and structural steel with the elevated floors being wood framed. Exterior skin consists of stone and brick veneer, cement stucco, and precast concrete. The building houses both member and guest locker and shower facilities, business offices, conference room, restaurant, meeting rooms, golf pro shop, and below grade cart storage.
